Amy Keller, guidance counselor at Quaker Valley Middle School in partnership with metal artist in residence, Melissa Davenport, devised a project for disenfranchised students to forge a mural that would be permanently installed in the school. The video component of the project involved pre- and post-workshop interviews as well as student opportunities to tape the process with the goal of deepening the learning through the use of video as a reflection tool.
